This is a sequence for Yoga Flow, 8pm Monday class, and it is meant to balance the mobilities of the body that seem appropriate for beginners. Some of the mobilities -- particularly of the wrists, ankles, shoulders, and neck -- simply don't seem appropriate in large group classes, so this practice focuses on the hips and the torso spine (lumbar and thoracic).
If you have studied with Andrey, I would love any feedback on this sequencing as an approach to the complexity of Universal Vinyasa Yoga sequencing, though some of the vinyasa sequences may not make perfect sense if you haven't been in class...
Happy practicing!
