Chrisandra Fox is going to be a guest teacher for the retreat at Kalani!

Chrisandra's teaching draws upon the wisdom of the masters and the sacred knowledge found within dedication to the path of hatha yoga. She is a student of Hatha Yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, and Tantra. Her influences are many, though she has been particularly influenced by the work of Andrey Lappa, and by the Shadow Yoga school.
Chrisandra leads classes, workshops, and the Heart of Renewal retreats at Yoga Tree in San Francisco and abroad. She has modeled for Yoga Journal, and can be found practicing in Gravity & Grace (DVD) with Peter Sterios and Paul Grilley's Yin Yoga DVD. She is the Web Correspondent for Yoga Journal TV.
